Episode and Scene please - I can't remember the episode, but it's a scene where they bust guys smuggling or dealing on fan boats.Edit: Never mind. The episode I was thinking of was The Prodigal Son which was incorrect because it was more like swamp land in that episode, not a beach. Could be Key Biscayne, the very edge of the shoreline looks a lot like the water's edge in the fight scene in Bad Timing where Sonny takes on the two thugs.
