Unfortunately I think this has a 5% chance of being correct and 95% chance of being the wrong house. First two things that hit me are the staircase is in the wrong corner of the house. As we see El Gato enter the stairs are behind him to the right and they are in the bedroom at the right rear of the house. In this house we would not be viewing out at the water but at the neighbors house. The other thing that hit me immediately is the islands in the bg including monument Island (which would have stood out) are oriented in the wrong direction. I believe there will be one island running parallel to this one in the correct location not several at different angles. The place where C and T watch the Chalks plane float away is hard to confirm in daytime pics but it looks like the dipped area just behind the former Chalks building.
